Aftercare Clinical Assistant (Level One)

The Aftercare Clinical Assistant (Level One) will focus on contacting patients and relaying clinical results.


A critical member of the team, the Aftercare Clinical Assistant’s (Level One) primary duties and responsibilities include:

  • Work in a fast paced environment with a focus on superior Customer Service 
  • Communicate clinical results to patients, answer patient questions / concerns and provide necessary patient counseling / education under the directive of MD / PA / NP
  • Ability to multi-task and use multiple systems, including our electronic medical documentation system to provide medical information and patient support/follow up after the clinical visit
  • Assist with obtaining Advanced Imaging and / or specialist appointments


  • A minimum of an Associate degree, a clinical certification (x-ray technician, pharmacy technician, Nurses Assistant, etc.) / prior healthcare experience is a plus or a Bachelors degree in a science related field
  • Clear communication skills
  • Flexible with a full-time work schedule including weekends, rotatings hours and holidays
  • Call center or clinical laboratory experience a plus
