• Administrative Assistant for the Legal Department

  • Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Draft routine correspondence
    • Schedule meetings and phone conferences for members of Legal team (set up conference call-in numbers, reserve conference rooms, etc).
    • Organize and file documents for Office of General Counsel
    • Complete expense reports for Legal Department members
    • Coordinate travel plans for Legal team member business travel
    • Assist in document development and revision (formatting, typing, etc.)
    • Maintain Legal Department Budget and coordinate all invoices to Budget
    • Organize Company policies for centralized intranet repository

    Additional Duties

    • Modify and update Company policies as directed by Legal Department attorneys
    • Oversee Conflict of Interest Disclosures for all executive employees
    • Conduct and maintain annual Stark compliance questionnaire for providers
    • Conduct Google research as requested
    • Copy and revise basic contracts, including provider employment agreements
    • Maintain the legal department’s provider contract summary spreadsheet
    • Coordinate responses to requests for Company-related information such as phone call records and video recordings from law enforcement and others
    • Coordinate completion of applications for CityMD insurance policies
    • Oversee filing of all intellectual property registrations/certifications
    • Coordinate filing of business registrations for all entities


    • College degree preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
    • Experience in the medical field preferred
    • Must have strong Administrative Writing Skills, Process Management Skills, Verbal Communication Skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
